This is not a healthy smoothie. This strawberry cheesecake smoothie is like a strawberry cheesecake that you can drink with a straw.
Chop the strawberries and combine them with the cream cheese, whipping cream and sugar. Blend until smooth.
Crush the Digestive biscuits. Melt the butter and add to crushed biscuits.
Pour the smoothie into a glass and garnish with buttered biscuit crumble.
This recipe yields two portions if served as dessert. You may as well have it all alone and serve it in a larger glass (like it is presented in this photo shoot). If enjoyed alone, please notice that this smoothie is very filling and might be too much after a meal.
