Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 60 ml sour cream
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • pinch of herb salt

Instructions

  • Sprinkle the salt over both sides of the chicken breasts, lightly massaging it in. Place the chicken breasts in an oven-safe dish lined with baking paper.
  • Combine the mustard and sour cream in a small bowl and stir. Brush mixture on both sides of the chicken breasts.
  • Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 35 minutes or until the internal temperature in the thickest part reads 75°C (170°F).

Notes

Baking time varies according to the thickness of the chicken breasts. Thicker breasts will require additional time, so it's always best to use a meat thermometer to be sure. Chicken is not a food you should eat not properly cooked.
