Lotus Biscoff Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 200 ml milk
  • 10 Biscoff cookies + more for decoration
  • 10 g cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp whipped cream optional

Instructions

  • Heat the milk until it steams but remove from the heat before it reaches boiling temperature.
  • Add the Biscoff cookies to the milk and stir in order to sink them all in the warm milk so they soften. Add cocoa powder and blend until smooth.
  • Divide between two small cups and top with whipped cream if desired and a sprinkle of Biscoff crumbs or powdered cinnamon.
