Instructions
Heat the milk until it steams but remove from the heat before it reaches boiling temperature.
Add the Biscoff cookies to the milk and stir in order to sink them all in the warm milk so they soften. Add cocoa powder and blend until smooth.
Divide between two small cups and top with whipped cream if desired and a sprinkle of Biscoff crumbs or powdered cinnamon.
